Mark Mills founded Cardpoint plc in 1999 following the successful sale of his business to Clear Channel Inc., based in Houston, Texas and the onto the UK's Royal Mail. Mark exited Cardpoint plc in 2006 after an offer from a European Bank was received valuing Cardpoint at £175m. During Mark's tenure at Cardpoint plc, he developed Dutch and German businesses, acquired part of Halifax Bank of Scotland for £49m/$98m and was a key participant in a UK Treasury Select Committee.
